Here's the latest news on Nubovi since the last Newsflash:
-
Cost allocation to business units or departments
Cost allocation is an important feature of Nubovi, and we have just made it a one-click action to get the YTD and Last Month Excel reports from NuboImpact. That way you can easily integrate the cloud spend per business unit or department in your financial administration and make sure the cloud cost is being divided according to the true spend per business entity.
-
Invite colleagues to efficiency improvement missions
We have made it even easier to invite your colleagues to efficiency improvement missions, all the way down to the cloud resource level. When you are seeing something interesting in the portal and you want to have a second opinion from your FinOps team members before handing it over to ops to execute our recommendations, just send a deep link to one or more colleagues.
-
Order the missions page by cost or savings
The missions page is a great way to get a graphical overview of your cloud topology, instantly giving you insights in how cloud resources are connected hierarchically and how (cost) efficient they are by just looking at their colors. We've now made it possible to order the nodes in the bubble chart by either cost or savings, making it easier to quickly identify big spenders and big potential savers.
-

You can now log on to the Nubovi portal using Microsoft Entra ID, thereby making portal access easier and more secure, adhering to your organization's policies.
-
Cookbook and Page Guide
From the hamburger menu in the portal, you can now open the Nubovi Cookbook, guiding you to implement and use Nubovi in the most efficient way. And, on every page in the portal you can now get help by clicking the Page guide link. This will help you quickly understand all of the basics of the Nubovi portal.
